What is CVE-2026-0317?

This vulnerability allows an authenticated user with a read-only administrator role to trigger a denial of service (DoS) condition via a crafted API request. Although the risk is mitigated by limiting access to the management web interface to trusted internal IP addresses, organizations must remain vigilant and adhere to best practices for securing management access to their PAN-OS deployments. Notably, Cloud NGFW, Panorama, and Prisma® Access are not affected by this issue.
