External Control of File Name or Path and Server-Side Request Forgery in Google Gemini Connector
CVE-2026-0532
What is CVE-2026-0532?
The Google Gemini connector has a vulnerability that allows for external control of file names or paths and server-side request forgery. This vulnerability arises when an attacker with authenticated access to the system creates or modifies connector configurations. By sending a malicious JSON payload, the attacker can exploit the server's inability to properly validate the configuration, leading to arbitrary file disclosure and unauthorized network requests. This poses significant risks to system integrity and data confidentiality.
