What is CVE-2026-100364?

SuiteCRM, an open-source CRM application, features a vulnerability due to improper handling of user-supplied attributes in the V8 JSON:API update path. In versions prior to 7.15.2 and 8.10.2, an authenticated user can exploit this flaw to bypass owner-only authorization and manipulate sensitive data. The vulnerability allows attackers to replace record identifiers, enabling them to overwrite records and seize control over data ownership. This issue has been remediated in the latest updates, enhancing the security of SuiteCRM.
