What is CVE-2026-100589?

OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.7.1 have a vulnerability that allows bypassing sandbox restrictions in the browser tool. This flaw enables sandboxed sessions to access paired node browser actions, even when configured with allowHostControl set to false. Attackers exploiting this vulnerability can manipulate inputs from sandboxed agents, gain unauthorized access to browser operations, and ultimately inspect or alter the browser profile along with its authenticated state, potentially leading to significant security risks.
