What is CVE-2026-100705?

Kyverno versions prior to 1.19.1 have a vulnerability that exposes the system to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This issue arises because the egress blocklist and scoped-token controls are ineffective in the legacy apiCall service executor. Consequently, unauthorized users can trigger GET/POST requests to arbitrary hosts, including sensitive cloud metadata endpoints or internal services, allowing potential access to sensitive information such as cloud instance credentials. The vulnerability is particularly critical in scenarios where policy templates dictate the service URL from admission resources. The fixed version is 1.19.1.
