What is CVE-2026-100849?

AzuraCast is a self-hosted web radio management solution that exhibits a critical flaw in its webhook URL validation. Prior to version 0.23.8, the software fails to adequately restrict webhook URLs, allowing users with limited permissions to configure URLs that invoke server-side request forgery (SSRF). Specifically, the validation only guards against literal link-local IP addresses, neglecting loopback and private network addresses. Consequently, this vulnerability enables low-privileged users to trigger unwanted outbound HTTP requests containing sensitive data, thereby compromising the security of the server and its data integrity.
