What is CVE-2026-102345?

The Zammad Helpdesk System prior to version 7.1.2 is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) through its new Vue-based ticket interface. This vulnerability allows authenticated users to insert markup into ticket articles. When another user views these tickets, the inserted markup is processed, potentially leading to unwanted JavaScript execution. The issue is mitigated by the default Content Security Policy; however, it is crucial to update to version 7.1.2 to ensure complete protection. The classic REST/CoffeeScript interface is not affected by this vulnerability.
