What is CVE-2026-103055?

AiSOC versions prior to 12.0.0 utilize a hard-coded constant for JSON Web Token (JWT) verification when the AISOC_REALTIME_JWT_SECRET environment variable is not configured. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to create forged subscription tickets with arbitrary tenant identifiers. As a result, they can gain unauthorized access to cross-tenant live alerts, case information, agent events, and real-time graph updates through the vulnerable WebSocket and SSE service endpoints.

Affected Version(s)

AiSOC 7.5.0 < 12.0.0
