DeepWiki-Open contains a vulnerability in the GET /codemap/file endpoint that allows attackers to exploit the repo_url parameter. By supplying a non-URL value, malicious actors can bypass path containment checks, enabling them to read any file accessible to the API process through specified absolute file paths. This vulnerability poses significant risks to data confidentiality and integrity.
