Memory Consumption Vulnerability in glib-networking by Red Hat
CVE-2026-103963

7.5HIGH

What is CVE-2026-103963?

A memory consumption vulnerability exists in glib-networking when using Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.3. The client-side session cache does not limit the number of session tickets for a single host. An attacker can exploit this flaw by sending a large number of session ticket messages, leading to unbounded memory growth in the client application. As a result, this behavior can exhaust the system memory, ultimately resulting in Denial of Service (DoS) conditions that disrupt normal application functionality.
