What is CVE-2026-10565?

A security vulnerability has been identified in Open5GS, specifically within the NGAP Handover component, affecting versions up to 2.7.6. The flaw resides in the gmm_state_security_mode function of the source file src/amf/gmm-sm.c. Successful exploitation of this issue can trigger a race condition that may allow an attacker to perform unauthorized actions remotely.
