What is CVE-2026-105847?

In Payload CMS, versions 3.0.0 through 3.90.0 and canary versions prior to 4.0.0-canary.34, an issue exists that allows a user with the ability to query a collection with polymorphic joins to access hidden or read-restricted values. This includes sensitive information such as password-reset tokens, potentially compromising user accounts. The vulnerability has been addressed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34, which contain fixes to enhance data protection.
