What is CVE-2026-107169?

A security flaw in m17n-lib allows attackers to exploit specially crafted or truncated UTF-8 input, leading to an unhandled null pointer dereference during text processing. This flaw can cause applications using m17n-lib to crash unexpectedly, resulting in a Denial of Service, which can severely disrupt operations and user access.
