What is CVE-2026-108163?

Pingvin Share X prior to version 1.22.0 is affected by an ineffective rate limiting vulnerability due to incorrect interpretation of throttler time-to-live (TTL) values. The system mistakenly treats values defined in seconds as milliseconds, allowing unauthenticated attackers to flood specific API endpoints including /api/auth/signIn, /api/auth/signIn/totp, and /api/auth/resetPassword. This vulnerability enables attackers to execute brute-force attacks on user passwords and Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) codes, potentially compromising user accounts.
