What is CVE-2026-108628?

JeecgBoot prior to version 3.9.6 has a critical flaw within the SysDepartPermissionController where the saveDeptRolePermission endpoint lacks necessary authorization checks. This vulnerability enables any authenticated user to manipulate department role permissions unlawfully. By crafting specific roleId and permissionIds values, low-privileged attackers can unintentionally escalate their privileges or revoke permissions from other users, posing significant security risks to the system and its integrity.
