What is CVE-2026-108636?

JeecgBoot version 3.9.5 contains a vulnerability in its SysDepartController that permits authenticated users, including those with low privileges, to manipulate department records. This flaw allows an attacker to upload a specially crafted Excel file through the appImportExcel handler, enabling them to create unauthorized entries in the administrative department tree. As a result, this opens the door for potential data manipulation and unauthorized access within the application.
