What is CVE-2026-108650?

JeecgBoot, up to version 3.9.5, contains a vulnerability in the getUserPermissionSet handler of SystemApiController. This flaw allows authenticated users to access sensitive permission codes of other users by supplying an arbitrary userId in the request. Consequently, low-privileged attackers can exploit this vulnerability to gain insights into the permission sets, including those of administrator accounts, potentially leading to further unauthorized access within the system.
