What is CVE-2026-108680?

JeecgBoot version 3.9.5 is susceptible to a missing authorization flaw that allows authenticated users to exploit the /sys/api/sendTemplateAnnouncement endpoint. This vulnerability can be leveraged by low-privileged attackers to fabricate sender and recipient parameters, modifying the title and template of the notifications. As a result, messages can be sent that appear to originate from legitimate admin or system accounts, potentially misleading recipients and facilitating further attacks.
