Improper Link Resolution Vulnerability in MoAI-ADK Product by Modu AI
CVE-2026-108751
4.8MEDIUM
What is CVE-2026-108751?
MoAI-ADK versions through 3.1.2 contain a vulnerability in the moai init template deployer. This flaw enables attackers to exploit symlinked .moai-tmp staging paths to overwrite files located outside the intended project directory. By crafting malicious repository entries, like .claude/settings.json.moai-tmp, an attacker can manipulate atomicWriteFile functionality, resulting in the truncation and overwriting of files that the victim can access. This can lead to significant data integrity issues and unauthorized file modifications.
