What is CVE-2026-108868?

JeecgBoot versions up to 3.9.5 are impacted by a missing authorization vulnerability, allowing authenticated users to exploit POST requests to the /sys/api/sendBusTemplateAnnouncement endpoint. This oversight enables low-privileged attackers to send templated system announcements to arbitrary users by manipulating parameters such as templateCode, toUser, and a falsified fromUser. Notifications can be dispatched through multiple messaging channels, including WebSocket, DingTalk, WeCom, Feishu, and UniPush, posing a significant risk to user privacy and system integrity.

Affected Version(s)

JeecgBoot 0 <= 3.9.5

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
