What is CVE-2026-108869?

JeecgBoot before version 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that enables low-privileged authenticated users to send arbitrary system announcements. By exploiting this flaw, attackers can manipulate the announcement parameters—such as title, content, fromUser, and toUser—allowing them to send forged messages to users via platforms like WebSocket, WeCom, DingTalk, and Feishu, thereby facilitating misinformation or phishing attempts within the affected systems.
