What is CVE-2026-108873?

JeecgBoot version 3.9.5 is affected by a vulnerability that allows low-privileged authenticated users to perform unauthorized modifications to department data. By exploiting a flaw in the system, these users can call the PUT endpoint /sys/user/doUpdateDepartInfo, enabling them to change department names, re-parent departments, and alter or remove department heads without adequate permissions or tenant checks.
