What is CVE-2026-108880?

JeecgBoot versions up to 3.9.5 exhibit a serious missing authorization issue in the PUT /sys/dict/editDictByLowAppId endpoint. This flaw allows any authenticated user to alter application dictionaries by leveraging the low_app_id, which can be retrieved from the GET /sys/dict/list API endpoint. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted requests with the lowAppId parameter or the X-Low-App-ID header, enabling them to rename dictionaries and modify their contents without proper permissions.

Affected Version(s)

JeecgBoot 0 <= 3.9.5

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
