JeecgBoot version 3.9.5 contains a vulnerability in the SysMessageTemplateController delete handler. This flaw allows any authenticated user to delete message templates due to missing authorization checks. Low-privileged attackers can exploit an unprotected endpoint to obtain template IDs, subsequently deleting essential notification templates.
