What is CVE-2026-109164?

The TDuck survey form, version 6.0 and earlier, is susceptible to an insecure direct object reference vulnerability. This flaw allows authenticated users to manipulate form submission deletion by providing arbitrary submission IDs. By crafting requests with a valid formKey and sequentially iterating through submission IDs, attackers can delete other users' submissions, leading to unauthorized data loss across the platform. Such vulnerabilities highlight critical weaknesses in access control mechanisms and require immediate remediation to prevent exploitation.

Affected Version(s)

tduck-survey-form 0 <= 6.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
