What is CVE-2026-109443?

JoySafeter versions prior to 1.0.0 are vulnerable to a remote code execution flaw that enables authenticated users to execute arbitrary operating system commands. By leveraging an unsandboxed execute tool in the Copilot standard mode, attackers who can self-register may exploit the WebSocket chat.start extension. This occurs when the agent invokes subprocess.run with the shell parameter set to true, posing a risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data across different tenants and exposing server secrets.

Affected Version(s)

JoySafeter 0 <= 1.0.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
