What is CVE-2026-111160?

LightLLM version 1.2.0 presents a denial of service vulnerability that enables unauthenticated attackers to disrupt the inference worker. By sending a carefully crafted request to the /generate endpoint that includes the internal pd_kv_trans_params field, an attacker can trigger a failure in the pickle.loads function within InferSamplingParams. This failure results in the termination of the inference thread, leaving the /health endpoint operational while all subsequent requests become unresponsive until the system is restarted.

Affected Version(s)

LightLLM 0 <= 1.2.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
