What is CVE-2026-111284?

Aureus ERP versions up to 1.6.0 have a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability found in the HolidayAction.php file. This issue arises when authenticated users are able to input unescaped holiday names, which are then rendered as HtmlString. Attackers who are authorized to create Public Holidays or Mandatory Days can embed JavaScript payloads into these names. When HR managers or administrators access the Holiday modal, these scripts execute, potentially hijacking their sessions and compromising sensitive data.

Affected Version(s)

Aureus ERP 0 <= 1.6.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
