Memory Exhaustion Vulnerability in FreeRDP by FreeRDP
CVE-2026-111377
7.1HIGH
What is CVE-2026-111377?
FreeRDP versions from 2.0.0 to 3.31.0 exhibit a vulnerability in WTSProcessChannelData, which does not enforce limits on cumulative fragments. This allows authenticated clients the capability to initiate a static virtual channel message while withholding the LAST flag, enabling them to send an unbounded number of fragments. This can lead to server memory exhaustion, potentially affecting the stability and performance of the server.
