What is CVE-2026-111679?

Ekko Studio version 0.7.36 contains a vulnerability where authenticated users without super_admin privileges can exploit the /api/auth/locked-ips endpoint. This flaw permits attackers to send DELETE requests without specifying an IP address, thereby triggering the unlockAll() function. As a result, malicious users can disable the login rate limiter that safeguards against password guessing attacks directed towards super_admin accounts, exposing the system to potential unauthorized access.
