What is CVE-2026-111883?

Locust versions up to 2.46.7 are susceptible to a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows malicious attackers to disrupt ongoing load tests. By tricking an operator into visiting a crafted webpage, attackers can issue unauthorized GET requests to endpoints like /stop and /stats/reset. This can result in termination of active testing swarms and the loss of critical performance metrics. Users of Locust should ensure they implement protective measures against CSRF attacks, especially when managing load testing environments.

Affected Version(s)
