What is CVE-2026-111999?

The Vanus platform, specifically versions 0.8.0 through 0.9.0, is susceptible to a missing authentication vulnerability. This flaw enables unauthorized attackers to publish events to the eventbus via the CloudEvents HTTP receiver without proper authentication. By exploiting this vulnerability, attackers can send forged CloudEvents to designated paths, significantly bypassing token authentication and the necessary authPublish checks. As a result, these events may be stored and delivered to subscription sinks, posing a serious threat to the integrity of event processing and data security.

Affected Version(s)
