What is CVE-2026-112061?

The librtmp (RTMPDump) client through version 2.6 is susceptible to a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the AMFProp_Decode function. This flaw occurs when the client processes an AMF0 strict-array, leading to potential crashes. An attacker exploiting this vulnerability can craft a malicious RTMP server response or intercept communications to send an AMF0 payload that contains an improperly formatted array, resulting in the client reading beyond allocated memory. As a result, users may experience service interruptions and potential information leaks.

Affected Version(s)
