What is CVE-2026-112785?

OpenCATS versions prior to 0.10.0 expose a missing authorization vulnerability that permits authenticated users with READ-level access to interfere with saved lists via AJAX endpoints. This weakness allows attackers to utilize the newList.php, editListName.php, deleteList.php, and addToLists.php scripts to create, rename, delete, or populate saved lists by leveraging any savedListID, thereby compromising the integrity and management of lists across the application. Users of OpenCATS should urgently upgrade to version 0.10.0 or later to mitigate these risks.
