What is CVE-2026-113495?

A vulnerability in the cockpit-machines component of Red Hat allows unprivileged local attackers to access sensitive authentication tokens that are passed as command-line arguments during image retrieval operations. If a system allows cross-user process inspection, an attacker can view these command-line arguments while the processes are running. This flaw puts RHSM resources at risk of unauthorized access for the duration that the token remains valid.
