What is CVE-2026-113605?

A vulnerability in Stirling-PDF versions 2.13.2 through 3.2.0 allows authenticated administrators to bypass H2 database import restrictions. This occurs due to an incomplete denylist in the DatabaseService.validateSqlContent() method, enabling the execution of unauthorized SQL commands when a crafted SQL backup is uploaded to the import-database endpoint. The flaw permits the use of CREATE OR REPLACE ALIAS, which allows for the definition of H2 Java function aliases and can lead to the execution of arbitrary Java methods, thus posing significant risk to data integrity and security.

Affected Version(s)

Stirling-PDF 2.13.2 <= 3.2.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
