What is CVE-2026-113652?

ApostropheCMS, a popular open-source content management system built on Node.js, is affected by a vulnerability that can leak account-level SAS tokens in public attachment URLs. Specifically, between versions 1.25.0 and 1.28.0, when the uploadfs module is configured with Azure and SAS tokens are enabled, the createContainer() function exposes the complete SAS query string in URLs. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data stored in Azure Blob Storage. Users are advised to update to version 1.28.0 to address this security risk.

Affected Version(s)

apostrophe < 4.33.0

uploadfs >= 1.25.0, < 1.28.0
