An access control vulnerability exists in the SmileCDR HAPI FHIR server when REST-hook subscriptions are enabled. If a user possesses subscription-creation permissions, they may exploit this weakness to query and access protected resources that they should not have permissions for, leading to unauthorized information disclosure.
