What is CVE-2026-114095?

Dulwich versions prior to 1.2.9 are susceptible to a denial of service attack through a flaw in the Pack.resolve_object method. This vulnerability allows attackers to create a malicious packfile featuring an OFS_DELTA delta_offset set to 0, which can lead to infinite recursion.
