What is CVE-2026-114396?

Trudesk version 1.2.11 is susceptible to a server-side JavaScript injection flaw that affects the MongoDB database. This vulnerability permits authenticated users to inject malicious code into the MongoDB $where clause using the search parameter. Specifically, the GET request to /api/v1/tickets/search can be manipulated to perform denial-of-service attacks or expose sensitive ticket data, such as internal notes, due to looped queries in mongod. Users are advised to upgrade to a version that mitigates this risk.
