What is CVE-2026-114397?

Trudesk versions through 1.2.11 have a missing authentication vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access debug routes when NODE_ENV is unset. This loophole enables malicious actors to invoke critical operations such as deleting groups, tags, and tickets by calling /debug/populatedb. Subsequently, attackers can log in using default seeded accounts with the weak password 'password', compromising the security and integrity of the application.
