What is CVE-2026-114400?

Trudesk versions up to 1.2.11 contain a missing authentication vulnerability that enables unauthenticated users to download sensitive ticket attachments stored in the /uploads directory. This occurs because the express.static middleware is configured to serve files from the public/ directory prior to validating access to the /uploads mount. As a result, attackers who can guess or know the ticket ObjectId and filename can exploit this flaw to gain unauthorized access to confidential information.
