What is CVE-2026-114402?

Trudesk versions up to 1.2.11 are susceptible to a path traversal and authorization bypass vulnerability within the accountsController.uploadImage function. This flaw permits authenticated users to overwrite avatars of other users by manipulating form fields such as _id and username. Through clever input, attackers can bypass previous sanitization measures, leading to unauthorized file writes to locations outside the designated upload directory.
