What is CVE-2026-117493?

The vulnerability allows for stored cross-site scripting (XSS) within the BloX widgets of Sisense. This issue arises when the /api/dashboards//widgets/ API accepts HTML and JavaScript content submitted through the ‘desc’ and ‘text’ parameters. When these widgets are rendered, the browser executes the malicious code, leading to potential exposure of sensitive information and threats to user security.
