What is CVE-2026-117859?

A vulnerability exists within the Pushed Authorization Request (PAR) implementation of the keycloak-services component from Red Hat. The flaw is triggered when an authentication flow is restarted, which improperly resets the markers that monitor the utilization of PAR. This oversight leaves the request active, potentially allowing an attacker to reuse the same authorization request. Consequently, this can lead to multiple access tokens being issued, contravening the intended single-use requirement and posing significant security risks.
