What is CVE-2026-121421?

SurrealDB versions 3.1.0 to 3.2.x are susceptible to a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability. This flaw exists due to improper handling of port-specific --deny-net rules in network-capability matching. Authenticated users can exploit this weakness by executing HTTP functions with a hostname that resolves to a denied IP or an IP corresponding to a restricted hostname, thereby gaining access to blocked internal services. This oversight undermines network security and could lead to unauthorized data access.
