What is CVE-2026-121430?

AzuraCast, an open-source web radio management tool, prior to version 0.24.0, is affected by a missing authorization vulnerability. This issue allows authenticated users who lack station assignments to access and manipulate waveform data of other stations via the /api/station/{station_id}/waveform/{media_id} routes. Without proper Permissions middleware in place, users can read and overwrite cached waveform JSON data, which may lead to corrupted Visual Cue Editor data. It is crucial for users of AzuraCast to upgrade to at least version 0.24.0 to mitigate this security risk.
