What is CVE-2026-123622?

Usermin version 2.570 and earlier is susceptible to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper handling of content types in the 'detach.cgi' script. This flaw permits attackers to execute arbitrary scripts by exploiting a crafted HTML attachment sent via email. If a victim clicks on a link that leads to the 'detach.cgi' page with a manipulated 'type' parameter set to 'text/html', the malicious script can run in the context of the victim's authenticated Usermin session, potentially compromising sensitive user data.
