What is CVE-2026-124025?

A critical security flaw exists in Faveo Helpdesk version 2.0.3 where the TicketController::ticket_print and pdfThread endpoints fail to enforce appropriate access controls. This vulnerability permits authenticated agents to exploit the system by retrieving and rendering PDFs of tickets from other departments without proper authorization. As a result, sensitive information, including full conversation threads, can be exposed, compromising data privacy and security.
