A vulnerability exists in the Uninstaller component of CCleaner for Windows, allowing low-privileged users to achieve SYSTEM level privileges. This occurs when a symlink or junction is created during the application's uninstallation, which CCleaner inadvertently follows while deleting the application's data folder with elevated permissions.
